Pressure Washing

Overview: I love pressure washing! I can tackle walls, driveways, sidewalks, carports, garages, and pretty much any surface.

Equipment:

I use an electric pressure washer that’s quite old and has a lower psi. This means the job might take a little longer, but the quality remains top-notch.
The process involves managing both the pressure washer cord and a hose, making mobility a bit cumbersome.

Safety Measures:

Pricing:

$0.20 per square foot.
Anything above 250 square feet goes to $0.15 per square foot.
Ladder Fee: $5.00 - $20.00 extra, depending on the wall height and surface the ladder has to be on.
Access Fee: $5.00 - $20.00 extra for surfaces protected by sticky or pokey plants.
Extra Dirty Fee: Charges applied for surfaces that require substantial cleaning due to paint stains, graffiti, rust, mold, mildew, oil, grease, deck stains, calcium, and lime deposits. The final price is determined on-site.

I will charge $11.50 per hour.
